Hi, Lisa here!
I’m proud to introduce you to our friendly and welcoming vocal studio. Diamond Vocal Studio (DVS) was created to combine the fun of singing with sustainable and healthy vocal production. At the core of DVS is a loving and supportive learning environment for students of all ages and abilities from no experience to professional singers. It’s important to experience the joy of singing and, at the same time, build confidence around the development of your singing voice and own personal style. That’s what DVS brings to every student!
About
I’m Lisa Diamond, a career vocalist and qualified singing teacher in Peregian Beach on the Queensland Sunshine Coast.
Every day I get to do what I love most, singing and teaching others to sing! Adults, children, beginners to professionals and everything in between. I’m also lucky enough to have studied singing at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (Griffith University), attaining a Master of Music Studies (with Distinction), majoring in Vocal Pedagogy. That’s a fancy name for an qualified Singing Voice Specialist. Having been a professional, contemporary and musical theatre singer for over 30 years I was surprised to find that I could take my own voice to a whole new level by applying the knowledge learned in current voice and acoustic science, vocal anatomy and singing teaching practises. I now share these amazing techniques with my students with fantastic results, developing vocal and performance ability and confidence in every student.
